Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Metwall website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by this Terms of Sale. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes and actual products may vary slightly in colour due to the natural weathering process of Corten steel.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Delivery
Free delivery is available on orders over $300 within 100km of Burleigh Heads, QLD. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are accepted only for defective or damaged goods. Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of any issues. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
6. Warranty
Our steel products are built to last. We offer a structural warranty against manufacturing defects. Natural weathering and patina development of Corten steel is not considered a defect and is a feature of the product.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Metwall Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Metwall Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
