Returns Policy

At Metwall, we take pride in manufacturing and supplying high-quality metal fabrication and landscaping products. Due to the custom-made and made-to-order nature of many of our products, we have a strict returns policy in place.

Returns Eligibility

Returns are only accepted for products that are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incorrectly supplied

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection or measurements provided by the customer

  • Products that have been installed, modified, or used

  • Surface variations, weathering, or natural material characteristics

Inspecting Your Order

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.

If you believe your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify Metwall within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our team with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.

Return Approval Process

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved by our team, we will provide instructions regarding the return process, replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

Products must not be returned without prior written approval from Metwall.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date the return or claim is approved.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout unless otherwise agreed.
